Estimate faster.
Stay in control.
Arxion turns raw construction drawings into structured, reviewable quantities, and out as the bid you send. You stay in the seat, and your team and the GC work from the same plan.

Arxion reads your trade,
not just your drawings.
From PDF plans to a takeoff
you have checked.
Four steps, and nothing leaves your hands until you have checked it.
Upload your PDF plans
Floor plans, elevations or schedules. Web-based, nothing to install.
Arxion scans the set
The AI reads the drawings and marks what it finds: rooms, walls, openings and counts, measured off the plan.
Assign it to your library items
You assign what came off the plan to items you have already priced, so quantities land in the categories you bid in.
Review, send, stay organized
You approve every line, send the proposal from Arxion, and the bid stays with the job it came from.
Your numbers leave as a bid.
The takeoff does not stop at a screen full of measurements. It comes out as the document you actually send.
A sample Arxion bid document: quantities and amounts grouped by trade, with a client view that hides cost and markup and an internal view that shows them.
- A proposal, not a screenshot Quantities and amounts grouped by trade, subtotals per trade, one total at the bottom. The thing a GC can actually read.
- Client and internal, from one takeoff The client sheet hides your cost and markup. The internal one keeps everything. You are never rebuilding the same numbers twice.
- Every line traces back Each amount comes from an item you approved on the plan, so when the GC questions a number, you have the answer behind it.
The whole job lives
in one window.
The plan and the questions pinned on it, the items you priced, and every proposal you sent. Open the job and it is all there, on the same version.
Questions land on the drawing
Comments and RFIs are pinned where they belong on the plan, not buried in an email chain. Your team and the GC read the same revision, and you can see where the takeoff stands without asking anyone.
Every bid stays with the job
From the bid landing to the job being confirmed, it is one place: what was sent and when, your cost and markup on every line, and the people working it. Instead of a takeoff tool, a PDF marker, a spreadsheet and a task board.
Your library, your pricing
The items you actually bid, with your own rates on them. Assign once on this job, and the same item prices the next one.
Working the other side
of the table?
Arxion is built for the sub first. The contractor side is designed and on its way, and so is the part where you can just ask the drawing a question.
GC bidding and leveling
Send your scopes out to the subs you already work with, then read what comes back on the same lines instead of five PDFs and a spreadsheet.

Full control.
Arxion does not replace your expertise. It removes the repetitive part of the takeoff.
Clarity
Complex plans become structured quantities your team can actually work with.
Control
Arxion detects, you decide. Review, adjust and approve before anything is exported.
Accuracy
Quantities measured off the plan set you uploaded, not estimated from a rule of thumb.
Speed
Less clicking per plan, so the bid can go out the day the drawings land.
How accurate is it, and what do I still check?
We are not publishing an accuracy figure before launch, because the honest number depends on your drawing set. What we can tell you is what you control. Every detected area arrives as a list you review, item by item, against the plan. Nothing is exported until you approve it. It is built to be checked, not trusted blindly.
What will it cost?
$99 a month for a single user, $249 for a team of up to three, and custom above that. Fourteen day free trial on every plan. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
What can I upload?
PDF drawings: floor plans, elevations and schedules. Arxion runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing tied to one machine in the office.
Does this replace my estimator?
No. The estimator stays in the seat. Arxion takes the repetitive measuring and the retyping, not the judgment about scope, exclusions or how you want to bid the job.
What do I actually get at the end?
A bid-ready proposal: quantities and amounts grouped by trade, subtotals, and one total. There is a client version that hides your cost and markup, and an internal one that keeps them. See what comes out.
